杨期力，土木石建筑合伙人。荷兰注册建筑师，荷兰代尔夫特理工大学建筑学硕士，荷兰荣誉毕业生，深圳大学建筑学硕士。在创立TUMUSHI前，曾就职于荷兰NL ARCHITECTS建筑及规划设计事务所。他于2010年回国，成立了土木石建筑设计事务所。

杨期力的设计作品“SMALLNESS”入选荷兰Archiprix 2010设计奖，成为当年唯一入选的亚洲作品。他被英国知名建筑杂志AR(Architectural Review)评为2010年全球十大最具潜力青年建筑师之一。同时，杨期力在其它国际设计竞赛中屡次获奖，这包括美国明日住宅竞赛第三名和中国天作建筑设计竞赛一等奖。杨期力在NL ARCHITECTS 就职期间，参与设计的作品“Multi Mill”在阿姆斯特丹港文化舞台国际竞赛里中标；而且，作为主创团队的一员，帮助事务所在捷克共和国的Black Meadow国际竞赛中获得了组委会特别提名奖

Qili Yang is a Registered Architect in Netherlands. He got Master Degree in Shenzhen University and graduated from Delft University of Technology with honourable mention in Netherlands. Moreover, Qili Yang achieved working experience in NL ARCHITECTS(Amsterdam) and URBANUS (Shenzhen).
 
Qili Yang won many award in architectural design field, which include, The AR magazine (UK) highlights 10 emerging architecture students from renowned architecture schools across the world, The Normination Prize of National Archiprix in Netherlands, Third Prize of D3 housing tomorrow competition in USA, First Prize of Chinese National Architectural Student Competition in China.

Now he is the partner of Tumushi Architects.
 

邓文华，土木石建筑合伙人，荷兰注册建筑师，荷兰代尔夫特理工大学建筑学硕士，重庆大学建筑学学士。深圳大学建筑与城市规划学院校外导师。在创立TUMUSHI前，曾在导师事务所荷兰NEXTS ARCHITECTS工作，之后加入世界知名的荷兰MVRDV建筑与城市规划设计事务所，担任中国区项目负责人。

在MVRDV的五年实践中，他参与了包括欧洲，美洲及亚洲多个建筑与规划项目设计，分别摘得了印度浦那 Amanora Park Town 住宅设计国际竞赛以及挪威DNB NOR总部大楼国际竞标的桂冠，且两个项目均已开始修建。另外，他的 MVRDV 亚洲项目团队具有丰富的中国设计建造经验，先后设计了深圳国信证券大厦，上海外滩国际金融中心，北京自然博物馆南馆，上海后世博二百八十米办公塔楼及超五星级酒店。

Wenhua Deng is a Registered Architect in Netherlands. He graduated from Chongqing Jianzhu University (Bachelor Degree of Architecture) in China and Delft University of Technology (Master Degree of Architecture) in Netherlands.

After shortly working in NEXTS ARCHITECTS(Amsterdam). Wenhua Deng worked in MVRDV around five years. His work mainly involved in Europe, North America and Asia and helped MVRDV won many impressive project all over the world. such : Amanora Park Town , Pune , India and Dnb Nord bank headerquater, Oslo, Norway. Finally, he was the project leader in MVRDV,who mainly presided over the project in China.

Now, Wenhua Deng is the partner of Tumushi Architects.
 

白岩，土木石建筑合伙人， 荷兰注册规划师，荷兰代尔夫特理工大学城市规划硕士，深圳大学建筑学硕士。在创立TUMUSHI前，她就职于荷兰SeARCH ARCHITECTS建筑及规划设计事务所 . 她于2010年回国，成立了土木石建筑设计事务所。

2009年她获得荷兰教育联盟建筑研究奖学金（UNIVERSITEISFONDS)。作为荷兰“Urban Asymmetries"组织的首批成员，白岩曾赴墨西哥ECATEPEC市进行城市研究及改造，设计成果获得当地政府的大力肯定并在多地巡展，部分设计已开始实施。设计作品被刊登GREEN DREAM, URBAN ASYMMERTRY等国际出版物内。在荷兰SeARCH的就职期间，她参与了多个大型公建及城市设计项目。其中，中东巴林王国的国家档案馆National Archives Bahrain及正在建造的丹麦哥本哈根范尔霍姆会议中心 Favrholm Conference Center均为中标方案。

Yan Bai obtained two master degrees in the field of design, which are Master of Architecture awarded by Shenzhen University in China and Master of Urbanism of TU Delft in Netherlands. In 2009, she registered as Dutch Urban planner (Stedenbouwkundige). After that, Yan Bai worked for SeARCH (Netherlands) in short period. In 2010, She was back to China and is the partner of TUMUSHI ARCHITECTS.

Yan bai was fund by Dutch Universiteisfonds at the year of 2009. As initial member of Urban Asymmetries, she went to Ecatepec of mexico with research group to survey and give rebuild strategies for problem blocks. The idea of plan was interested by local community and had been exhibited in multi-sections. Some part of planning will be improved into real projects. Dutch publication such as Green Dream and Urban Asymmetries embodied her works. Design experience both in China and Netherlands contribute to her international thinking, in area of urban planning and architecture.
